Listing details

In the coming months I am converting a tiny fraction of my several tons of exotic hardwoods back into cash- the good stuff that rarely makes it back to market. I had this stuff drying indoors in a heated space for a decade or more and some of it dates all the way back to 1992 when I began collecting the prettiest wood I could find from around the world. If you have a question, please ask it before purchasing- I know my wood and will answer within a few hours most of the time. All dimensions are +/- 1/16" but tend to be more accurate. If there are defects that I can see that I think would cause a problem I will note it in the description. Burls and live edge may have natural internal flaws. If you want the best, you'll likely find it here. If you don't like it when you get it, just return it for exchange, credit or refund, your choice. Enjoy the eye candy and I hope to see pics of the knife or gun, etc, that was made with my scales or micro lumber. Thanks for looking! Next up for sale:. Outstanding Stabilized Tiger Curl Koa block . Dimensions are an oversized 9" x 2 3/16" x 1" for this block. This was cut with box makers in mind. Outstanding may be an understatement, this block came out perfect. It has been professionally stabilized with the finest resin and is hard, heavy and ready for your project. Fine fiddleback koa is nearly impossible to find these days and this won't disappoint no matter what you intend to make from it. There are no prettier woods than Koa in my humble opinion, and the chatoyance of koa in unrivaled. This is worthy of gallery or museum quality work. Gun grip blanks, hidden tang, box wood, micro lumber, knife scales, etc. Please note that the

color you see on your screen may be different than the

color I see on my screen so please ask questions if precise

color or shade is important for your project. Photos are of the blank dry, sanded to 320 grit to give an idea what it will look like finished. Just try to imagine how nice this will look with your favorite finish applied!
