Introduction
Deepavali is one of the most important festivals celebrated in India. It is called the “Festival of Lights.” People celebrate Deepavali with happiness and joy. It usually comes in the month of October or November.
Content
On Deepavali day, people wake up early in the morning and take an oil bath. They wear new clothes and visit temples to pray to God. Children enjoy bursting crackers and eating sweets. Families prepare many delicious foods and share them with relatives and neighbours. Houses are cleaned and decorated with colourful lamps and rangoli. Deepavali teaches us that good always wins over evil.
Conclusion
Deepavali is a festival of happiness, love, and sharing. It brings people together and spreads joy everywhere. Therefore, Deepavali is loved by both children and adults.
